Our embroidery files come in an archived zip format. You can open the archive and access the embroidery files by simply double-clicking the zip file (like entering a folder).
For Mac users, double-clicking the zip file will automatically unzip the files.
If you are a PC user, double-clicking the zip file will open a new window which means you are inside the archive. If you want the files to be unzipped, you need to right-click and select the option “extract”.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we are involved with multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Our policy lasts for thirty days. We will not replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
